If a candidate declines your offer, it doesn’t count as a hire. So there’s no fee, and we’ll continue searching for the right fit. We’ll also discuss the situation with you to find out what happened and work toward the best outcome with future candidates.

Usually, the time to fill a position is about a month. Even so, this can vary depending on how quickly you process applications and schedule interviews.

Giving feedback on every candidate may seem unnecessary, especially if they don’t appear suitable at first glance. However, there are two key reasons why it’s important:

  • Your feedback helps us understand your expectations better and adjust our approach accordingly to deliver more relevant candidates faster.
  • It improves the candidate experience. Even if you don’t select a candidate, they still form an impression of your company. When we can’t provide feedback, it leaves them with a negative experience, despite our ongoing communication with them.

The service fee for one candidate per position typically ranges from 10% to 14% of their annual compensation. It always depends on the gross amount before taxes or deductions. If the base salary makes up only a small part of the total compensation, we may calculate the fee under special terms.

We operate on a contingent recruitment model. So, no service fee is due until a candidate starts work (completes their first contracted day). Once they begin, you pay the cost in two installments: 25% after the candidate’s start date and 75% after their 90-day probation period. If the candidate doesn’t complete probation, the 75% isn’t due, unless we find a replacement and they pass their probation.

Yes, tailored recruitment models are available upon request.

We accept a wide range of currencies, including euros, US dollars, and others, depending on your preference.

Yes, we have a default guarantee period of 90 days from when the candidate begins working. This is extendable up to 12 months for critical roles.

You can request a one-time replacement within 90 days of the candidate’s start date. This applies no matter who took the initiative to end the cooperation, whether you or the candidate.

A replacement is a new candidate who has started working and passed their probation period.

We typically don’t offer refunds, but we do provide a complete candidate replacement at no additional cost. The replacement will also go through a probation period. You only pay the full service fee after the new candidate passes their probation. So, we never leave you without a qualified hire or proper support.

Yes, a partial refund is possible in that case, and our terms are flexible to fit any payment schedule.

No, we don't require you to use our IT recruitment services exclusively. Our focus is on building successful, long-lasting relationships. By demonstrating our value, we hope to become your exclusive agency of choice.
