Agreement on consent to the processing of personal data<\/span><\/h4>\n

Parties:<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer (job seeker \/ vacancy) and the Contractor (<\/span>private entrepreneur Valeria Khristoforova<\/span>) accept and agree with the following provisions:<\/span><\/p>\n

Personal data – a set of information about the applicant, including his surname, first name, patronymic, year, month, date and place of birth, address, marital status, education, profession, other information related to the job search, which is indicated to them at their own discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under the processing of the personal data of the Customer (the subject of personal data) should be understood any action or set of actions of the Contractor, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, modification, use and destruction of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer, sending his resume electronically to a vacancy from DNA325, gives his consent to the contractor for the processing of personal data in the database DNA325 and assumes responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of such personal data, their timely updating, observance and implementation of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal protection data. <\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of providing the Customer with personal data and their subsequent processing by the Contractor is the receipt by the Customer of free services from the Contractor, namely information on vacancies and job placement assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n

The executor will process the Customer’s personal data in the database DNA325 only on time of cooperation with DNA325, and then destroy them in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection personal data \u00bb\u2116 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010<\/span><\/p>\n

All personal data of applicants are used only for a specific job.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transfer of personal data of the Customer to third parties (representative of a particular company-employer) is carried out only after receiving a preliminary oral (by phone) or written (by e-mail) consent of the customer. The obtaining of consent is not documented and is not retained.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Contractor undertakes not to provide any personal information about applicants to private persons and organizations that claim possible misuse of such information (distribution of unauthorized advertising, “spam”, providing information to others and similar).<\/span><\/p>\n
